The company was founded in 1892 by Dr Thomas Allinson, who pioneered the belief that health could be improved by a diet of high quality nutritious foods, within which wholemeal flours played a key role.
His spirit lives on today at the Allinson mill, where flour is produced to the highest quality standards.
